Senior SAP Consultant (HCM, SF, FI/CO, Logistic) (m/f/d) (SAP)

Location: Košice, Slovakia; remote work is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Salary: negotiable base salary from €1,950 gross, plus a variable component and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Configure, implement, customize, and support SAP modules including HCM, SuccessFactors, FI/CO, and Logistics.
• Gather customer requirements, analyze business processes, and translate business needs into SAP configurations, reports, and specifications.
• Investigate and resolve software issues, troubleshoot SAP systems, and propose product modifications and implementation designs.
• Define system strategies, requirements, prototypes, support procedures, testing plans, and practical business solutions.
• Present solutions to customers, provide implementation and project support, and maintain clear system documentation.
• Coordinate with ABAP developers and solution designers while mentoring junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with SAP ERP, including module-specific configuration, customization, reporting, and implementation.
• Ability to read ABAP code, debug system behavior, and consult on technical solutions with system users and developers.
• Experience gathering functional and technical requirements, preparing solutions, testing, and participating in rollouts.
• Understanding of business environments, IT processes, organizational change implications, and IT architecture.
• English and German at minimum B2 level are required for all modules except HCM.
• Customer orientation, strong communication and problem-solving skills, independence, flexibility, willingness to travel, and the ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Cross-functional SAP configuration and data-processing experience.
• Knowledge of Report Writer, Report Painter, and SAP ASAP methodology.
