T Hub is a specialized division within T-Mobile Poland, serving as a SAP Center of Excellence for the Deutsche Telekom Group to support international clients with SAP analysis, design, and implementation.

What you will do

• Consult on architecture, solutions, and implementation for healthcare, SME, and public sector clients.
• Advise customers on mapping cloud-based HCM processes and creating target/actual concepts.
• Perform requirements and feasibility analyses, including quotation calculations and client presentations.
• Develop, conceive, and design modern architectural solutions for SAP environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an ABAP developer with a focus on SAP HCM.
• Integrative system understanding and specific knowledge in SAP HCM and H4S4 development.
• Experience in SAP application management or H4S4 implementation projects (brownfield/greenfield).
• English proficiency at B2 level is required.
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with German legal requirements and framework conditions.
• Degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable training.
