Location: Must be based in Érd, Hungary (Hybrid: 60% home office possibility).

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and develop tailored HR management solutions.
• Consult on cloud-based HR systems and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Act as an internal SAP Consultant, serving as the primary interface between HR and technology vendors.
• Manage SAP HCM integration with SAP SuccessFactors using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Build and apply strategic technical expertise in SAP HCM and cloud integration.

Requirements

• Completed education in HR or IT.
• Profound knowledge of HR processes and IT cloud solutions.
• Experience with interface development and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel abroad 3-4 times a year.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice to have

• Initial experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, or Succession & Development.
