SAP PY Advanced Consultant

Location: Fully remote within Poland, with role locations listed as Warsaw, Katowice, Poznań, and Wrocław

What you will do

• Provide L2/L3 application support for incidents, service requests, and changes within the AMS scope.
• Configure, maintain, implement, and troubleshoot SAP HR, Payroll, HCM, and SuccessFactors solutions.
• Analyse business requirements, design tailored solutions, and conduct feasibility studies and solution reviews.
• Guide customers remotely, facilitate requirements sessions, and deliver end-user training workshops.
• Collaborate with global teams and technical experts while supporting service quality and SLA targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Professional experience with SAP HR, HCM, and Payroll processes.
• Good understanding of payroll regulations, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience with P2P integration processes, cross-module integrations, and data flows.
• ABAP programming skills, including debugging, enhancements, and basic development.
• Experience in an AMS or L2/L3 support environment.
• Understanding of SLA/KPI management and financial tracking.
