SAP PY Advanced Consultant (SAP)

Location: Remote (Requirement: Fluent in Polish)

What you will do

• Deliver L2/L3 application support, managing incidents, service requests, and system changes within the AMS scope.
• Configure and maintain SAP HR, Payroll, and SuccessFactors systems to ensure stability and performance.
• Analyze business requirements to design, implement, and troubleshoot tailored SAP HCM solutions.
• Provide remote technical assistance and guidance to customers leveraging SAP Best Practices.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and conduct training workshops for end-users.
• Collaborate with global teams and the Customer Delivery Lead to meet SLA and service quality targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Proven experience in SAP HR / HCM / Payroll processes.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience with P2P integration processes and configuration.
• ABAP programming skills, including debugging and enhancements.
• Previous experience working in an AMS / support environment (L2/L3).
• Knowledge of SLA/KPI management and financial tracking.
