Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

What you will do

• Implement robust and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with expertise in the Compensation module.
• Advise clients on SAP best practices, innovations, the SuccessFactors roadmap, and related HR technologies.
• Facilitate client process walkthroughs and workshops to align HR processes with solution functionality.
• Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices.
• Deliver training for client key users and transfer knowledge to customers and application maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with the international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.

Requirements

• Several years of experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• At least one end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Compensation.
• Fluent Polish and English communication skills, with a minimum English level of B2.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate specialist department requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of HR business processes and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong customer focus.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Report Story.
• Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules.
