Director of Professional Services (AI)

Location: Toronto, hybrid work setup

Salary: 220,000–270,000 CAD OTE annually

What you will do

• Lead the North America Professional Services organization and execute a customer-centric global services strategy.
• Oversee project scoping and delivery, onboarding, program management, training, consulting, and resource management.
• Scale operations through repeatable service packages, playbooks, pricing, architectural practices, and training offerings.
• Manage forecasting, bookings, revenue, margin, utilization, and the Services P&L.
• Build executive relationships with customers, partners, and systems integrators throughout the pre- and post-sales journey.
• Develop a high-performing team and collaborate with Sales, Partners, Customer Organization, Product, and Engineering leaders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Professional Services leadership experience, including building and scaling successful teams in a global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience maturing Services organizations in high-growth environments and packaging offerings for repeatability and scale.
• Experience collaborating with partners and systems integrators.
• Strong business acumen, financial management skills, and ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, customer relationship, and complex problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the software or data management space.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
