Vice President, Client Delivery (US, Canada, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico)

Location: Remote from the United States, Canada, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, or other locations within 1–2 hours of US Eastern Time. A hybrid model is also available from company offices.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and scale a team of project managers responsible for custom data products and embedded data quality functions.
• Establish delivery standards, methodologies, team structures, and scalable operating systems for a growing multi-project portfolio.
• Act as the senior executive point of contact for commercial clients throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, trade-offs, escalations, resourcing, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction across concurrent engagements.
• Define delivery KPIs and quality metrics covering accuracy, completeness, turnaround time, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with the CIO, executive team, sales, account management, engineering, and data science on delivery strategy, capacity planning, and technical constraints.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project or program delivery leadership, including complex custom data projects for external commercial clients.
• Experience managing teams of project managers and sophisticated commercial or enterprise client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of data products, data pipelines, or data quality operations, with meaningful exposure to AI and machine learning data requirements.
• Executive presence, precise communication, disciplined portfolio management, and the ability to handle escalations and compressed timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree required; business, data science, or computer science education is relevant.
• Ability to work from an eligible location within the specified countries or US Eastern Time overlap.

Nice to have

• Experience in data services, data annotation or labeling, data licensing, or another data-as-a-product business.
• Advanced degree in business, data science, computer science, or a related field.
