Vice President, Client Delivery (AI Data Products)

Location: Remote in Brazil, the United States, Canada, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, or other locations within 1–2 hours of the US Eastern Time zone

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and scale a team of project managers responsible for custom data products and embedded data quality teams.
• Own delivery quality, timelines, resourcing, budgets, risks, and client satisfaction across concurrent engagements.
• Act as the senior executive contact for commercial and enterprise clients, managing expectations, escalations, scope, and tradeoffs.
• Establish delivery methodologies, standards, team structures, KPIs, and quality metrics for data product engagements.
• Partner with the CIO, executive leadership, sales, account management, engineering, and data science on delivery strategy and technical constraints.
• Improve delivery processes, tooling, quality frameworks, service offerings, and capacity planning as the portfolio grows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project or program delivery leadership, including complex custom data projects for external commercial clients.
• Experience managing teams of project managers and multi-project portfolios.
• Experience managing sophisticated commercial or enterprise client relationships and executive-level communications.
• Strong knowledge of data products, data pipelines, data quality operations, AI, and machine learning data requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree required; business, data science, or computer science education is relevant.
• Ability to work within 1–2 hours of the US Eastern Time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience in data services, data annotation or labeling, data licensing, or a comparable data-as-a-product business.
• Advanced degree in business, data science, or computer science.
