Network Operations Director

Location: London, United Kingdom; UK-based role requiring the right to work in the UK. Hybrid working with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Analyse workflows across the Unilever account and implement streamlined processes that improve productivity.
• Monitor team performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimise resource utilisation across functions.
• Drive continuous improvement through process reviews, documentation, training, and mentoring.
• Align team priorities with organisational objectives and provide progress reports and operational insights to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage operational risks, act as an escalation point, and lead resolution efforts.
• Track project delivery and team KPIs, using data-driven insights to recommend process enhancements.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in media, marketing, or the wider creative industries.
• Experience understanding operational processes in large-scale, global teams and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Proven experience managing teams or providing senior-level support across multiple functions.
• Strong organisational, project management, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
