What you will do

• Coordinate project and programme management delivery from initiation through completion.
• Develop and manage project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate effective collaboration.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics.
• Support team capability development and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Significant project management and team leadership experience, including successful delivery from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing competing priorities, stakeholders, risks, budgets, and timelines.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
