Inside Sales Operations Manager

Location: Onsite at the Barnsley office, United Kingdom; reporting to the office is required.

Salary: £41,300 estimated annual pay, including base salary and bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with Inside Client Account Managers to manage operational activity across customer accounts, projects, and orders.
• Investigate credits, rebills, gross-margin issues, escalations, and customer satisfaction concerns, documenting root causes and corrective actions.
• Build and maintain customer catalogues with accurate products, pricing, and account information.
• Establish governance for departmental programs and manage escalated or high-value projects.
• Develop and improve billing, vendor payment, compliance, specialization, and competency processes while tracking related KPIs.
• Provide mentorhirify.globalp, training, strategic input, and performance reviews for programs and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in a technology company or matrixed organization with competing priorities.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to completion, including planning and facilitating meetings.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to lead, motivate, mentor, and train matrixed or cross-functional teams.
