What you will do

• Lead execution of high-priority strategic initiatives and enterprise transformation programs.
• Translate executive vision into actionable roadmaps, outcomes, governance models, and reporting frameworks.
• Identify risks, opportunities, dependencies, and operational, legal, regulatory, and technology impacts.
• Partner with executive sponsors, prepare briefing materials, and facilitate workshops and governance meetings.
• Align stakeholders across investment management, distribution, technology, operations, legal, compliance, finance, marketing, human resources, and corporate services.
• Lead organizational change and improve efficiency, governance, and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale strategic programs and cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Understanding of asset management or a similar industry.
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
• Experience with enterprise program management, executive communications, strategic planning, business transformation, change management, governance, risk management, and financial or business analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies and AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
