Forward Deployed Engineers (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product pipeline, modeling customer demand and partnership opportunities while shaping the product roadmap.
• Work directly with researchers at leading AI labs to understand model evaluation and training needs, identify capability gaps, and propose new products.
• Build and maintain partnerships with companies, civil institutions, and research labs.
• Translate partners’ real workflows into reusable, robust technical infrastructure, evaluation datasets, and reinforcement learning environments.
• Manage both the technical and relational sides of customer and partner lifecycles.
• Build tooling and systems that make each subsequent customer or partner onboarding more efficient than the previous one.

Requirements

• Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
• Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or TypeScript, with experience writing and debugging production systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for working with senior researchers and non-technical executives.
• Track record of exceptional performance in an academic, athletic, professional, or entrepreneurial setting.
• High tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort when required by the problem.
• Willingness to travel.
