What you will do
- Support business developers across business units in evaluating business model archetypes and shaping commercial offerings for new products.
- Contribute to early customer dialogue with business units.
- Develop and improve the Group future business model playbook using learnings from new initiatives.
- Identify and initiate transformation activities in Group Functions needed to scale new business models.
- Support the execution of 's digital strategy across products, teams, and business areas.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a commercial business development role, ideally in the defence industry.
- Proven practical experience launching new products, including business model design and commercial offer development.
- Customer-facing experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Successful security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

- Experience designing subscription-based business models and launching software-based products.
