What you will do

• Analyze business processes, information flows, and application usage.
• Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to data privacy and information governance activities.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Academic degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience as a Business IT Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience working within automotive projects and previous experience with the client in Södertälje.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience within information governance, including legal, architecture, or security perspectives.
• Experience working with Data Privacy initiatives.
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and/or embedded systems.
• C/CE driver's license.
• Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
