Location: Stockholm, Sweden; assignment in Södertälje, Sweden. Flexible hybrid working model.

What you will do
- Analyze business processes, information flows, and application usage.
- Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define IT solutions.
- Support implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Align business needs with technical requirements and delivered IT solutions.
- Contribute to data privacy and information governance activities with global cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Academic degree in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience as a Business IT Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience working on automotive projects.
- Previous experience working with the automotive client in Södertälje.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in information governance from legal, architecture, or information security perspectives.
- Experience with data privacy initiatives.
- Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems or embedded systems.
- C/CE driver's license.
- Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
