What you will do

• Develop and execute AI-enabled go-to-market initiatives and partner motions.
• Own partner reporting for management and propose new strategic initiatives.
• Design scalable processes and coordinate implementation across teams.
• Build and maintain tracking systems to monitor business performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Identify strategic partnerships outside Spain and replicate successful Spanish-market initiatives across other markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a degree from a Tier-1 business school.
• 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, startups, or venture capital.
• Strong interest in the tech scale-up ecosystem and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
