Service Project Manager (HVAC)

Location: Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, United States. Onsite Monday through Thursday; Friday location is flexible. Less than 5% travel to customer job sites.

Annual base salary: $84,740–$137,200. Incentive eligible; not eligible for sales commission.

What you will do

• Manage service projects from estimate through completion, including schedules, project parameters, work orders, and billing coordination.
• Create estimates and proposals, enter service work, issue purchase orders, and order and track parts and supplies.
• Schedule internal labor and customer activities and review project completion.
• Receive and qualify subcontractor proposals and support Sales with project development.
• Communicate with building owners, mechanical contractors, subcontractors, field support staff, and other customer representatives.
• Investigate customer concerns, implement corrective actions, and ensure safe work in accordance with Trane and OSHA policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; candidates without a four-year degree are encouraged to apply.
• At least two years of experience in project management; HVAC or related experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC installation contracting, estimating, and subcontractor management is preferred.
• Essential computer skills, strong organization, and a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Thursday in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
