What you will do

• Manage project setup, including record creation, documentation control, and issuing subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate communication between project managers, customers, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve issues and track milestones.
• Oversee procurement and logistics for HVAC equipment and project materials, tracking delivery status.
• Handle financial administration, including progress billings (AIA), vendor invoices, and monitoring project revenue and margins.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulations, specifically managing Davis-Bacon certified payroll reports.
• Execute project closeout by auditing costs, preparing closeout packages, and coordinating turnover to service teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Punta Gorda, FL
• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within HVAC or construction contracting.
• Strong proficiency in financial administration, billing, and cost tracking.
• Ability to manage complex documentation and compliance records.
• Experience with procurement processes and vendor management.
• Knowledge of certified payroll requirements and federal/state compliance.
