What you will do

• Run discovery sessions to understand prospect business challenges and technical requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to specific customer use cases.
• Support the end-to-end sales cycle from initial qualification to technical validation.
• Bridge communication between customer marketing and IT teams to handle technical objections.
• Proactively leverage AI tools to accelerate research, demo prep, and internal workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable.

Requirements

• Fluent English and strong German proficiency required.
• Must be based in the UK.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical consulting.
• Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers.
• Confidence presenting to groups and explaining technical concepts in business language.
• Active use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in daily workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with CDPs, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools.
• Understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing operations.
• Technical literacy including APIs, data integrations, or SQL.
• Additional European language skills.
