Adoption Consultant (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Conduct business discovery to assess readiness and plan transformation journeys.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment on adoption initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication plans.
• Design and deliver training content, including classroom sessions and webinars.
• Provide hands-on support to change agents and business personnel.
• Measure and report on business value and adoption success metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities.
• Proven experience with Generative and Agentic AI tools such as Copilot.
• Experience delivering training on Microsoft Teams and Office Suite.
• Professional certification in PROSCI ADKAR or equivalent experience.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
