Senior Business Planner

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; day-shift role

What you will do

• Provide stable and reliable material plans to suppliers and module factories.
• Create demand and supply overviews across a 0–24 month planning horizon, including risks and opportunities.
• Define inventory buffer strategies and project inventory levels.
• Assess and resolve excess, obsolete, inefficient, or over-planned inventory situations.
• Optimize planning parameters and refine material planning policies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with suppliers, factories, and cross-functional teams to improve supply chain performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or business administration.
• At least 7 years of experience in supply and material planning.
• Experience with supply chain management processes, including supply and material planning.
• Hands-on experience with S&OP, master production scheduling, and production planning.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP, SAP IBP, SAP APO, and SAP HANA.
• Experience setting up and leading projects, analyzing complex data, managing change, and resolving issues collaboratively.
