TL;DR

Planning & Fulfillment Specialist (Supply Chain): Driving customer service and supply chain efficiency for the Energy Distribution division with an accent on optimizing networking capital and inventory health. Focus on leading supply planning within the IBP framework, deploying Anaplan, and fostering cross-functional process standardization.

Location: Must be based in Belgium (Evergem), Bulgaria (Stryama), Germany (Heidelberg or Sasbach), or Italy (Vittuone or Santa Palomba). The role operates on a hybrid model.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve on-time delivery, lead times, and networking capital.
  • Oversee supply planning processes and drive the implementation of Anaplan and IBP.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize planning, fulfillment, and inventory efficiency.
  • Foster a Lean Six Sigma mindset and perform root cause analyses to drive process improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and mentoring to planning and operations teams.
  • Ensure KPI governance and process standardization across factories and distribution centers.

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in SCM or Planning & Fulfillment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP (PP, MM, EWM, S4H) and forecasting tools like Anaplan.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvement.
  • Experience in project management and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Certification in SAP or APICS CSCM / CSCP.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft 360.
