Material Planning Officer

What you will do

• Determine material requirements and generate purchase orders.
• Control open PO lists and track shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle complaints regarding non-conformity goods and manage the claim settlement process.
• Review daily stock levels and take proactive actions to maintain target inventory.
• Manage and update master data within SAP.
• Participate in departmental improvement projects and support team managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in material management or operative purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English skills (communication and writing).
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Analytical mindset with critical thinking and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI and Power Query.
• Previous experience working in an FDI company.
