Supply Chain Planner

Location: Nänikon, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland; hybrid work model

What you will do

• Manage material planning and supply planning to optimize stock levels and ensure material availability.
• Analyze demand trends, inventory reports, and planning data for long-term and operational decisions.
• Coordinate daily with production units and external suppliers to expedite deliveries and respect capacity requirements.
• Monitor inbound and outbound delivery performance, costs, productivity, and customer service levels.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies with the 3PL provider in JIRA.
• Support EU-HUB projects, escalation requests, SAP tickets, and continuous improvement of SOPs.

Requirements

• Commercial education and solid business understanding.
• Several years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure information in a complex environment.
• Excellent communication skills, resilience under pressure, and a collaborative, hands-on attitude.
• Very good German and English language skills required.

Nice to have

• Further education in Business Administration specializing in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with SAP.
