What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support features for high-performance electronic trading platforms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production trading systems for stability, performance, reliability, scalability, and low latency.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and engineers.
• Modernize trading platforms through cloud adoption and microservices architecture transformation.
• Drive automation across development, testing, and deployment while improving observability and site reliability practices.
• Contribute to adopting AI-powered development tools and data analysis solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, software design, and programming principles.
• Production-grade application development experience with C++.
• Experience with Java and/or Python, plus distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Good Linux/Unix knowledge and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, independent ownership, and willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages.
