TL;DR
Expert Developer (Python): Building and improving scalable business objects, data models, backend logic, and APIs for mobile network infrastructure with an accent on API design, database modelling, and system architecture. Focus on leading the technical direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality delivery through agile development and scalable backend design.
Location: Budapest, Pécs, Debrecen, or Szeged, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do
- Implement and improve business objects for mobile network infrastructure in backend systems through the API layer.
- Develop and maintain data models, backend logic, and APIs.
- Implement features, refine components, test solutions, and maintain technical documentation.
- Lead the team’s technical direction and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with project goals.
- Mentor junior developers, coordinate technical activities, and support efficient agile development practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with agile development methodologies and practices.
- Strong backend development skills and high proficiency in Python.
- Proven expertise in API integration and design.
- Experience with data modelling, database design, system architecture, and scalability principles.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of mobile network infrastructure or telecommunications.
- Familiarity with modern development tools, version control, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with testing frameworks, quality assurance methodologies, RESTful API design, and technical documentation.
