Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations. The role works within the European Union to meet customer data security and privacy requirements.

What you will do

• Develop and enhance the T Cloud Public hyper-scale cloud platform.
• Solve complex operational problems across the cloud backend.
• Work with hardware and infrastructure directly at the console.
• Develop and operate monitoring and quality assurance solutions.
• Automate infrastructure operations using common automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with platform and OpenStack ecosystem partners in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Completed technical, engineering, or scientific studies, or comparable professional training.
• At least 4 years of IT experience focused on modern cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of software-defined networks, routing, firewalls, and physical networks.
• Extensive infrastructure automation experience and strong Linux and network-services knowledge.
• Customer focus, knowledge of agile development processes, and the ability to assess technical solutions and develop creative approaches.
• Fluent written and spoken English; the role must be performed within the European Union, with remote work limited to Hungary.

Nice to have

• OpenStack knowledge.
• Programming experience in open-source projects.
