TL;DR

Focus on investigating account movements, improving ERP-based close workflows, and supporting intercompany transactions and consolidation queries.

What you will do
- Own day-to-day accounting for allocated entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Execute the monthly close, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Perform month-on-month flux analysis and investigate account movements.
- Support the annual audit by preparing PBC schedules and reconciliations.
- Improve and automate close processes, reconciliations, and documentation in the ERP and related tools.
- Collaborate on intercompany transactions, group reporting, and consolidation queries.
Requirements
- 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in an audit firm or fast-moving company.
- Experience with US GAAP in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
- Strong attention to detail in reconciliations and documentation, with clear audit trails.
- Structured, process-driven, self-directed, and accountable, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills for working across cultures and time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience with SOX and public company control environments.
- Exposure to group consolidation.
- Experience with SaaS or software company accounting.
- Experience using AI tools in finance workflows.
