What you will do

• Manage and control the monthly payroll process for France, Belgium, and Spain to ensure compliance and timeliness.
• Collect, validate, and reconcile payroll data, including new starters, leavers, and absences.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers to ensure accurate inputs and outputs.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and provide support to employees and managers regarding payroll queries.
• Process salary payments and generate payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve payroll controls and ways of working through cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, human resources, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of payroll experience, either in-house or with an outsourced provider.
• Experience managing European payroll across multiple countries.
• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Must be based in Stockholm.

Nice to have

• Specific experience working with French payroll.
• Background in accounting, HR, or experience with HR systems.
• Experience handling high-volume employee data.
