HR Generalist (People Experience)

Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (On-site role)

What you will do

• Own the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters.
• Manage daily operations for the Munich office to ensure a productive and welcoming environment.
• Plan and execute team and company events to foster engagement.
• Identify and implement AI tools to streamline and optimize HR processes.
• Grow into a full HR generalist scope with support and coaching.

Requirements

• Must be based in Munich or willing to work on-site at the Munich office.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree.
• Initial experience in HR (internship or working student role).
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive mindset.
• Curiosity about HR development and AI-driven process improvement.
