What you will do

• Guide team members through all stages of their employee lifecycle, resolving queries via Zendesk with empathy and efficiency.
• Prepare and manage essential employment documentation, including contracts, amendments, and reference letters.
• Coordinate international payroll processes in collaboration with the Finance team and external partners.
• Maintain impeccable data integrity and compliance within the HRIS.
• Lead People Operations initiatives to streamline workflows and help the organization scale smarter.
• Incorporate AI and automation tools into People Ops workflows to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations across the full employee lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of German labor law and HR compliance standards.
• Must be based in Berlin for onsite work.
• Tech-minded approach with a keen interest in using AI and modern tools to optimize workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and a high commitment to confidentiality.

• Familiarity with US employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience supporting multiple legal entities across various global markets.
• Proven track record of embracing AI-powered tools and automation in HR.
