What you will do

• Support day-to-day People Operations across the full employee lifecycle.
• Maintain and improve HR processes and tools, especially BambooHR and employer master data.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Draft HR documents, including contracts, certificates, and correspondence.
• Handle employee inquiries through the People Ticketing System and support HR reporting and data analysis.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Confident use of standard Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Diligent, structured, and discreet approach to sensitive employee data.
• Strong initiative, communication skills, and team spirit.

Nice to have

• Previous practical HR experience.
• Experience with BambooHR.
• German language skills.
