Warehouse / Materials Supervisor (Supply Chain and Renewable Energy): Managing and optimizing end-to-end material flows, inventory, procurement, and warehouse operations for wind energy projects with an accent on ERP transactions, inventory accuracy, and material readiness. Focus on analyzing supply chain performance, resolving material discrepancies, and leading continuous improvement across warehouses, service stations, vehicles, and turbines.
Location: Busan, South Korea. Onsite.

What you will do
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end material movement across suppliers, warehouses, service stations, vehicles, turbines, and return flows.
- Ensure accurate processing of goods receipts, goods issues, order postings, open orders, and transit stock.
- Optimize inventory levels, monitor slow-moving and obsolete materials, and maintain accurate storage and classification practices.
- Lead periodic inventory counts and continuously review material portfolios across storage locations and field units.
- Manage material planning, validate procurement requirements, and coordinate demand and supply with strategic purchasing.
- Develop KPI reporting, resolve discrepancies, analyze the supply chain network, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in warehouse operations and material management within industrial, heavy machinery, or renewable-energy sectors.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end material flow, inventory optimization, and ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Korean are required.
- Analytical, structured, proactive, and hands-on approach with a focus on process improvement, operational accuracy, and cost efficiency.
