What you will do

• Manage day-to-day import and export customs operations in compliance with Korean regulations and internal trade policies.
• Prepare, review, and maintain customs and shipping documentation related to bonded factory operations.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to resolve declaration discrepancies.
• Monitor third-party logistics billing and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times.
• Support customs audits, investigations, and regulatory reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain knowledge-sharing platforms for trade compliance information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, SCM, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in customs, international trade, or trade compliance within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Korean customs regulations, Tariff classification, and Incoterms.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in both Korean and English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience in bonded factory, bonded warehouse, or customs-controlled environments.
• Experience leading junior customs analysts, brokers, and freight forwarders.
• Experience supporting customs audits or duty-saving programs.
