Logistics Supplier Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Drive strategic suppliers toward competitive and sustainable supply chain performance through audits and improvement plans.
• Lead supplier programs focused on reducing lead times and optimizing output across the supplier and n-tier supply chain.
• Align capacity across the n-tier supply chain and conduct risk analysis with mitigation action plans.
• Manage escalations to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and prevent recurrence.
• Lead supply chain re-allocation and high-impact cross-sector improvement projects.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders on supply chain initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, industrial engineering, engineering, or business administration.
• 7–12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in supplier management and supply chain processes within a production environment.
• Experience in a high-tech, low-volume industry is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is required; Black Belt certification is preferred.
