Specialist, Global R&D Sampling & Logistics Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end R&D shipments, receivals, sample requests, and customer sample deliveries.
• Identify shipment risks, bottlenecks, root causes, and process gaps early, then drive cross-functional resolution.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, right-first-time shipments through proper documentation, packaging, and traceability.
• Coordinate material and component transfers across global sites, including readiness, staging, and documentation.
• Act as the central coordination point for R&D, TPM, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Trade Compliance, EHS, and Quality.
• Improve turnaround time, data quality, process standardization, and handoffs across regions and time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail in documentation and compliance-driven processes.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and work effectively across teams and functions.

Nice to have

• Experience working with global teams across regions and time zones.
• Experience supporting R&D, customer sampling, or NPI workflows.
• Experience with process improvement and proactive problem-solving.
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics systems such as SAP.
• Exposure to trade compliance concepts, including ECCN, HTS, export/import documentation, and SDS.
