What you will do
- Create quotations and opportunities in the ERP system and provide them to customers.
- Create and maintain accurate sales orders in the ERP system.
- Escalate and follow up on customer requirements that are not being met.
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and fax.
- Generate reports and track orders, opportunities, bookings, and shipments.
- Develop an understanding of customer requirements, customer relationships, and products.
Requirements
- Conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to broaden functional capabilities.
- Understanding of key business drivers and how to apply them to daily work.
- Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly in straightforward situations.
- Work location: Hwaseong-Lucestar, South Korea.
