HR Recruiter Intern

What you will do

• Post job advertisements on job portals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates using internal and external sources, including assessment of technical capabilities.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain follow-up communication with candidates.
• Work with hiring managers and HR on recruitment administration and placement of hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Prepare employment offer letters and assist with onboarding.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
