IT Recruitment Consultant Trainee

Location: Onsite in Johar Town, PIA Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Working hours follow the UK time zone from 12 PM to 10 PM.

hirify.global Global Services operates an IT recruitment department supporting internal candidates in the UK and Ireland.

What you will do

• Guide existing internal candidates through the UK job market and encourage continued applications.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and hire candidates according to organizational requirements.
• Create and optimize technical resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
• Set up UK job boards, including JobServe and CV Library, for internal candidates.
• Conduct MOC interviews and prepare candidates for the job market.
• Manage candidate onboarding and offboarding, ATS profiles, follow-ups, recruitment records, and internal hiring-process improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to support candidates targeting the UK and Ireland job markets.
• Ability to create and optimize technical resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
• Ability to use applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Ability to conduct candidate interviews and follow recruitment guidelines.
• Ability to communicate with candidates through scheduled emails and calls.
