IT Recruitment Consultant Trainee

Location: Onsite in Johar Town, PIA Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Working hours follow the UK time zone from 12 PM to 10 PM.

hirify.global Global Services operates an IT recruitment department supporting internal candidates in the UK and Ireland.

What you will do

• Guide existing internal candidates on the UK job market and support their applications.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract candidates and hire according to organizational requirements.
• Create and optimize technical resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
• Set up UK job boards and manage candidate profiles in the applicant tracking system.
• Conduct MOC interviews and prepare candidates for the job market.
• Handle candidate onboarding, offboarding, daily follow-ups, calls, and recruitment records.

Requirements

• Interest in IT recruitment and candidate support.
• Ability to work onsite in Lahore.
• Availability during UK time-zone working hours from 12 PM to 10 PM.
• Ability to maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records in an ATS.
• Ability to use recruitment and HR question templates and follow established guidelines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and UK/Ireland job boards such as JobServe and CV-Library.
• Awareness of recruitment industry trends and best practices.
