What you will do
- Build effective relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
- Schedule and confirm phone and on-site interviews while supporting a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System and handle candidate and employee inquiries.
- Maintain and improve recruiting procedures, from process enhancements to larger initiatives.
- Support recruiters at presentations, conferences, and special events.
- Manage additional projects involving reporting and data analysis.
Requirements
- Experience or an internship as an assistant, coordinator, event planner, or in a similar coordination role is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
