Talent Acquisition Specialist (SSC)

Location: Hybrid work model with 2–3 office days per week in Katowice, Poland

What you will do

• Manage recruitment activities across selected stages of the hiring process.
• Act as a key contact for candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation in the ATS.
• Support onboarding, recruitment administration, background checks, and GDPR compliance.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
• Improve recruitment efficiency, process standardization, documentation, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, recruitment coordination, or a related area.
• English at minimum B2 level and Dutch at minimum C1 level.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience in a corporate, Shared Services Centre, or international environment.
• Experience with ATS platforms and HR systems such as Workday or SmartRecruiters.
