Location: Predominantly onsite at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington, United States; some remote support may be approved by the Contracting Officer.

What you will do

  • Manage recruiting, staffing, onboarding, HRIS activities, reporting, and employee services.
  • Support HR and finance and administration activities for DOE Environmental Management clients.
  • Build HR dashboards and provide workforce metrics for DOE reporting.
  • Support employee relations while maintaining confidentiality and accurate personnel information.
  • Coordinate with program and project support functions in the Hanford Field Office environment.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of human resources experience.
  • BA/BS degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with recruiting, HRIS, metrics, and employee relations.
  • Confidentiality, organization, customer focus, and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills are preferred.
  • Work is predominantly onsite at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting DOE contractors or the Environmental Management sector.
  • SHRM certification.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, or Visio.
