Associate HR Services Partner (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Coordinate onboarding tasks and milestones with Talent Acquisition, IT, and Payroll.
• Support onboarding, extensions, and offboarding for contingent workers while maintaining accurate records.
• Provide first-level support to employees and managers using SOPs, knowledge-base articles, and self-service tools.
• Initiate standard HR transactions and employee lifecycle changes in Workday.
• Log, manage, document, and resolve HR cases in ServiceNow within defined SLAs.
• Maintain data accuracy and audit readiness, escalating complex, sensitive, or policy-related cases to Tier 2.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve workflows, efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes.
