HR Generalist

Location: Cavite, Philippines; hybrid

What you will do

• Manage onboarding activities, employment contracts, pre-employment documentation, orientation, and Day 1 coordination.
• Prepare and validate semi-monthly payroll inputs, reports, statutory contributions, and remittances.
• Administer statutory leave entitlements, benefits enrolment and changes, and employee benefits queries.
• Maintain accurate employee 201 files and audit HRIS records against payroll and organisational data.
• Process promotions, title changes, salary increases, transfers, resignations, clearances, exit interviews, final pay, and employment certificates.
• Provide first-level HR policy support and contribute to global HR initiatives and automation projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, generalist, or shared services roles in the Philippines.
• Working knowledge of Philippine statutory requirements, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Experience coordinating payroll processes and handling high-volume administrative work.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms; Sprout or Workday experience is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail, clear professional communication, and a service mindset.
• Interest in process automation and AI-enabled tools for continuous improvement.
