Location: Must be based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines. This role follows a hybrid work model with an in-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly.

What you will do
- Provide timekeeping support for the Philippines population, including tracking, reconciliation, and attendance data management.
- Execute day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, and benefits administration.
- Manage HR JIRA ticketing end-to-end to ensure timely and accurate resolution of employee requests.
- Maintain data integrity and system accuracy within Workday and other HRIS platforms.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance the efficiency of the employee lifecycle.
- Document and maintain People Operations policies and procedures to ensure accessibility and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or project coordination.
- Proficiency with Jeonsoft ESS and Workday for timekeeping and HRIS administration.
- Experience supporting Philippines-based employees is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a process-first mindset.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and execute with precision at scale.
- Excellent communication skills to build trust across all levels of the organization.
