Business Systems Analysts -Subscription Mgmt. & Quote to Order (Oracle CPQ)

Location: Morrisville, North Carolina, United States; hybrid working environment with in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: 147,900–220,000 USD annual On Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and potential commission.

What you will do

• Define and improve Quote-to-Order, renewals, and subscription billing processes with business users.
• Design scalable, flexible, cost-effective processes that minimize disruption to supporting systems.
• Create functional designs, detailed user stories, and IT requirements for process and system changes.
• Collaborate with architects and IT development teams to evaluate solution options, manage development, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and act as an IT advisor to business stakeholders.
• Prepare and execute testing plans to ensure high-quality results.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of information technology experience, including 6–8 years primarily in the Quote-to-Order domain.
• Extensive knowledge of Quote Management, Pricing and Discounts, Order Orchestration, Renewals, Subscription Management, and Billing Management.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP BRIM, or Zuora Subscription Management.
• Strong understanding of B2B quote-to-order automation, quoting, pricing, configuration, and order management.
• Experience with business requirements analysis, feasibility studies, functional and technical gap analysis, solution design, and end-to-end architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Information Technology or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Oracle Commerce Cloud.
• Understanding of new product introduction and product release processes.
