What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops to map processes and define future-state requirements.
• Author testable user stories and acceptance criteria accounting for data quality and regulatory obligations.
• Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and domain ownership policies.
• Maintain the data dictionary including lineage, stewards, and compliance classifications.
• Validate data readiness before system go-live using profiling and quality checks.
• Serve as the primary analyst for CRM platforms like Salesforce or Dynamics 365.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a business systems analyst or data analyst role.
• Proven hands-on experience in data governance programs and tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, testable requirements for developers.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
• Ability to identify and operationalize regulatory and compliance data obligations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CDMP.
• Experience with data governance frameworks like DAMA-DMBOK or DCAM.
• Proficiency in SQL for data profiling and quality analysis.
• Experience with governance tools like Atlan, Collibra, or Alation.
