Specialist II, Order Processing

What you will do

• Process customer purchase orders from distributors and alliance partners.
• Validate order information, pricing, part numbers, returns, and policy compliance.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records, build licensing contracts, and generate licensing keys.
• Resolve order, booking, revenue split, and revenue recognition queries with Sales, Finance, Renewals, Deal Desk, and support teams.
• Complete month-end closing procedures and meet department quality and performance metrics.
• Support process improvement initiatives and mentor less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Experience in order processing, accounting, customer support, or services.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office automation tools, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a frequently changing environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
