What you will do

• Lead engineering hiring in partnership with the CTO, talent team, and engineering leadership.
• Build and improve recruiting pipelines, processes, tools, and systems.
• Hire across product, ML/AI, and infrastructure engineering at a high bar.
• Develop referrals, employer branding, and outbound sourcing strategies.
• Run multiple searches while maintaining candidate quality and experience.
• Act as a hands-on recruiting partner and extension of the engineering team.

Requirements

• Strong experience specializing in engineering hiring.
• Experience hiring for product, ML/AI, and infrastructure engineering teams.
• Ability to distinguish AI-native engineers from AI-adjacent engineers.
• Strong judgment about effective hiring and the conviction to influence hiring decisions.
• Ability to build pipelines and manage multiple searches at pace.
• Comfort working hands-on in a startup environment with changing priorities.
