Talent Acquisition Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in London or able to work from the Shoreditch office 3 days/week

What you will do

• Build and manage strategic candidate pipelines for critical technical and commercial roles.
• Execute end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
• Design and implement assessment frameworks that reliably predict cultural fit and technical capability.
• Create and maintain talent communities for hard-to-fill specializations through proactive relationship building.
• Embed with internal teams to understand nuanced hiring requirements and iterate on sourcing tactics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building hiring systems in high-growth, startup environments.
• Proven track record of hiring for technical, commercial, or specialized roles in ambiguous, zero-to-one contexts.
• Ability to learn new domains from scratch to effectively source and assess talent.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, non-structured environment.
• Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
