hirify.global is building the AI operating system for innovation, creating tools for people who invent things that don't exist yet.

What you will do

  • Build target candidate lists and manage talent pipelines for immediate and strategic hires, focusing on top-tier candidates.
  • Test and iterate on sourcing approaches, utilizing traditional and non-traditional tactics.
  • Conduct ongoing outreach to passive candidates and create talent communities for hard-to-fill specializations.
  • Own the complete candidate journey for active searches, from multi-channel sourcing to offer positioning and close.
  • Design assessment frameworks that reliably predict cultural fit and create unique candidate experiences.
  • Embed with teams to understand nuanced requirements beyond job descriptions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years building hiring systems in high-growth environments or talent operations delivery roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire for technical, commercial, or specialized roles, learning the domain from scratch.
  • Track record of hiring in ambiguous, zero-to-one contexts (early-stage startups, new market expansions, or building new functions).
  • English: B2 required
  • Must be based in London
